Application Procedure

The application should contain the following documents :

1. The application form  filled, signed and scanned
2. A detailed curriculum vitae (CV)
3. Syllabuses of the relevant courses studied (with references to some books)
4. Copies of the official certificates indicating the marks or grades obtained for all the subjects included in the program of the major diploma relevant to this application
5. A letter of motivation (including a short explanation of their studies history and project)
6. Two recommendation letters in sealed envelopes (or name and email address of two academic referees) , including one from the academic supervisor of the major diploma relevant to this application
7. Copies of the obtained diplomas and of their official translation in French
8. Copy of passport
9. Recent photo

IT IS RECOMMENDED TO SEND THE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS BEFORE JUNE 30th

NB : Applications arrived beyond this date will also have an answer concerning academic admission, but for students requiring a visa, there is no guarantee that it could be obtained in due time. Additionally a late application will exclude the candidate from most of the scholarship programs. See "Calendar" for more details.

Electronic pre-application:

Students wishing to apply should  send electronically first, an email  with the subject : ”Application for Theoretical Physics and Applications Master Programme of NAME OF THE APPLICANT” containing the first six documents of the list to: lysiane.vasseur@cyu.fr (lysiane.vasseur @ cyu.fr)

With this information the pedagogic committee will be able to give an answer of principle concerning the application. If this answer is positive, the student must send by low mail all the documents listed above.
